Handmade Crosses by the Man Who Raised Me
Supporting His Recovery • 100% Of Proceeds Go To My Grandpa
If there’s one thing you ever purchase from me, please let it be one of these handmade crosses. Crafted by my grandpa (the man I call my dad). I didn’t grow up with parents. My grandparents took me in when I was born. My grandpa may not be blood, but he has loved and supported me as his own from day one. He raised all three of us, worked hard every day, and never complained.
After a serious neck injury at work, my grandpa had to undergo two intense surgeries and is now recovering in a chair most of the day. He’s not the kind of man who sits still so as soon as he regained use of his hands, he got to work making these crosses.
I told him I could sell a few, he made a lot. Now I need your help. Each cross is made with love and care. They’re all different colors & sizes each one is unique.
What Happened (from My Grandma):
My grandpa was injured on the job but reported it one day too late, which meant no workers comp. One night at 2AM, he fell. The fire department had to help him up, and later that day he was rushed to the hospital.
Doctors found that his vertebrae were so compressed, spinal fluid wasn’t flowing, and he was headed toward paralysis. He had rods and screws placed in his spine and had to relearn how to walk. Later, he underwent another surgery to repair his shoulder and tendons.
This injury has now forced him into retirement from a job he loved.
Every dollar from these cross sales goes directly to him.
Thank you for helping me give back to the man who gave me everything.
Limited quantity available, each one is handmade and one of a kind.
