Hi, my name is Denay Sky, and I’m a licensed manicurist in the State of Texas. I’ve successfully taught over 20 nail classes across the country, including in Illinois, Colorado, Ohio, California, and every major city in Texas. I specialize in teaching professional acrylic nail application through hands-on training that is designed to transform beginners into confident, successful nail techs. In this course, you will learn how to properly sanitize and set up your workstation, prepare the natural nail and apply tips, and master liquid-to-powder ratio along with brush control. You will practice acrylic application techniques as well as shaping, filing, and finishing to a professional standard. I will also share proven retention tips to prevent lifting and guide you through client communication and aftercare so you feel fully prepared to deliver long-lasting, professional results.

Class Supply Requirements & Policies

• All students are required to bring a charged cordless e-file, uv light & topcoat. You can find recommended options on my Amazon storefront.
• If you choose a package without a kit, you must bring all required items. Please review the Amazon list carefully to ensure you have the exact same items. Double or triple check with me if you’re unsure, text 210-990-1660 for confirmation.
• For some classes, I will be traveling out of state for this class and only bringing my own personal supplies to keep travel costs low and pricing affordable for you. No extra tools or products will be available on the day of class.
• While I prefer students to enroll with a kit, I keep the “without kit” option to make training more accessible. If you are just starting out, I highly recommend selecting a package with a kit.

Important:

• If you forget an item, the class will continue without delay.
• You will need to leave to purchase what’s missing or make arrangements to borrow from someone you know.
• I will not ask other students to share their materials. They prepared in advance and it’s not fair to disrupt their learning.
• Please pack your kit ahead of time to avoid last-minute issues, procrastination leads to mistakes

Payment & Kit Policy

• Remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the class date to confirm attendance.
  
• 1-week grace period to work with you if needed. I am flexible and understanding as long as there is consistent communication. 
  
• Kits are shipped 7-14 days in advance (except for Texas classes, where kits are issued in person on the day of training).
• If the remaining balance is not paid on time and there has been no communication, all deposits and prepayments will be forfeited.
• The class location may vary, it could be held at an Airbnb, conference room, or school. The exact address will be sent 3 days before class.
