Will the course cover both basic and advanced nail techniques?
- The acrylic application course is primarily basic, beginner friendly techniques. Specialty classes, nail art, acrylic toes are offered at limited locations.
Are materials (like nail kits or products) provided, or do I need to bring my own?
- Some materials are provided & some you need to bring. Specialty classes will require more items to bring but are not required. Demos from special guest are a bonus to the Acrylic Application Group Classes
Does the class include a certification upon completion?
- Yes, the course will come with a certificate of completion. This is not the same as a license, depending on the state you live in you may be required to attend cosmology school
- All classes with CLASSFORDAYZE are created for beginner nail techs but perfect for intermediate learners and advanced students trying to sharpen their skills.
Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to attend the class?
- No prior experience or knowledge is preferred.
How long is the class, and what is the schedule?
- Class duration will be sent out 2 weeks in advance. Depending on the number of students it may be shorter or longer ranging from 4-7 hours. 15 minutes before class begins arrive for check in and mini kit check list. You’ll fill out consent form & survey. We’ll start with prep, tips & bead consistency then take lunch or dinner depending on scheduled time. Resume with application & shaping for duration. If class has special guest & pop ups. You’ll be able to shop during lunch/dinner & special guest demo will be after the nail is cleansed.
What is the instructor’s experience & qualifications?
- Denay Sky is a licensed manicurist in the state of Texas & has grown a following over 200,000 on TikTok teaching how to do nails. The past year has taught over 10 group classes in Texas, California and Illinois along side other respected manicurist.
Can I ask questions or get personalized feedback during the class?
- Yes! Questions are always welcomed
Will the instructor offer one-on-one guidance or feedback on my technique?
- Yes! The instructor will show what’s expected, allow you to attempt on practice finger #1, 2:1 demo, attempt again on practice finger #2 watch & critique your technique and provide feedback. You’ll then perform on the last 3 while helping other students & receive feedback again before moving on to next step.
Is there a Q&A session or follow-up support after the class?
- Yes, I’m a group setting other students are always asking questions. Perfect if you’re shy & don’t like to ask questions. Most likely someone will ask what you’re thinking.
